Okay, I don’t know about you guys out there, but kissing my baby is a definite faux pas! I mean come on, isn’t it just grossifying??? Bleah!! This was what happened: The three of us was going around town looking for some nice simple ayat Qursi that we can hang on our wall lah. We searched high and low around Masjid India and Jalan TAR area, but nothing “simple” could be found. Semua ada gold and kerawang-kerawang. Aiyooooo.. So anyway, we decided to check out Central Market, and voila! Found a few shops there.
The last few shops we went in to had some okay looking ones and while I was enquiring the guy about the price and all, he asked Irwan if he can dukung Irfan. I gave him a funny look already and thank god Irfan was in the kangaroo, wrapped around Irwan, so there was no chance for the guy to carry him. Then after a few minutes, the doink got geram and suddenly kissed Irfan! I was like WHAAATTTTTT????? Dahlah got B.O, some more kiss my son, aiyoooo, damn sakit hati. I walked out of the shop (Irwan and Irfan were still in there) and went in to another shop which had a more decent (and nicer) looking stuff and we bought our stuff from there. All the way out of CM, I was fuming like anything. But what could I have done? Tell the guy off? Errrr, I don’t think so?!
Have you guys had similar experience(s)? I mean, what’s up with these strangers? Who do they think they are that they can just simply kiss our kid(s) just because they think he/she is cute or adorable or what have yous. Don’t they know the meaning of good manners? Damn bengang, ok? Hrmmmpppphhhhh… I wanted to bleach Irfan’s cheeks kalau boleh. Nyeh!

Teddy bear sleeping away…

Wheeeee… I’m driving!

Playing with the curtains at a friend’s house.

The long holidays…

February 22nd, 2007

Saturday
The Filipino cleaners came to clean the house for 4 hours. Not bad actually since I only had to fork out about RM 60.00. (RM 35 for 2 hours, RM 60 for 4 hours). Got the number from Sasha who got the number from Annie Q (if I’m not mistaken). Anyway, the cleaner cleaned the house, washed the bathrooms and managed to iron some clothes. I made chicken soup for Irfan since he doesn’t like to eat porridge anymore and he finished one bowl of soup and rice for lunch and had another bowl for dinner. And oh, he even had some ice-cream for dessert. Hehe.
Nothing else happened. We slept most of the day. It was a tiring week.

Sunday
We went to Kuala Pilah for my cousin’s engagement. Irfan was happy to see his uncles and aunties who were busy entertaining him. He has an uncle (my cousin) who is about 1 – 1 ½ months younger than he is and they were both trying to “communicate” with each other. It was quite funny. And when I wanted to record their so-called conversations, both of them froze on me. *slaps forehead* Sheeeesshh.. tak sporting betul! =P
Anyway, for lunch, I fed Irfan rice with chicken and he slept afterwards after having some milk. He was sleeping for about 2 hours with all the hoo-haaa around him and the heat was just crazy! But the lil’ fella was sound asleep. Didn’t care about the noise and commotion and was fine with the heat. I was checking out for rashes, but his skin was fine. Phew!
Since he slept quite long at my kampung, he didn’t want to sleep in the car and was jumping up and down. Everyone took turns holding him and while my parents entertained him, both Irwan and I managed to get some shut eye.
When we got to Bangsar, Irfan played in the pool with his uncles (my brothers) and he seems to have very strong kicks! I let him be in the pool for about 20 minutes or so and when I wanted to take him out, he made some noise as he wasn’t puas playing in the water. Gave him milk after his bath and he fell asleep til the next morning (woke up for a few minutes to say goodbye to my parents and fell back asleep soon after. Haha!)
Monday
Took Irfan to Bagan Lalang and Morib since my dad wanted to check out the “Gold Coast” project. Hrmppphhh, nothing much actually. Don’t know why they have to call it “Gold Coast”. Nyeh. And oh, before going there, my parents went to our house since they’ve not been there before this. =)
It was almost 6 p.m. by the time we left Morib and Irfan was fretting for food. My brother wanted to have seafood at Carey Island, so off we went. Traffic was quite bad as there were too many traffic lights around and people just didn’t bother to queue up. Oh well, what else is new? When we arrived at the intended restaurant, it was closed, but the restaurant opposite it was opened. Since everyone was very hungry, we decided to give this place a try. Although it wasn’t as good, it was quite oklah. We had to wait for a bit since there were a lot of people having Yee Sang and I had to feed Irfan with plain rice first since he was so hungry and none of the food had arrived. I think it was also quite stuffy and hot, thus he wasn’t feeling very comfortable and after I managed to gobble down all my food, brought him to the car so that he have the aircond and also to “drive” the car. He was happy and content, so I just waited for everyone to finish their food in the car. Oh well, missed the crabs, but I can always have nicer ones here. So, haha, it’s okay.
I can’t stand Irfan screaming every 5 seconds, and when I tell him not to scream, he’d listen for a while and after that starts screaming again. Both Irwan and I had started hitting his hand a little bit whenever he screams because I don’t want him to think that with each screams we’ll either pick him up or entertain him (when we have lots of things to do) or whatever else he commands us. How do the rest of you disciple your kids? I really really cannot tahan him screaming.
Tuesday
Took Irfan and my brothers to Lake Garden. Irfan had a great time on the swings, slides and jongkang-jongket (for the life of me, cannot remember the English word for it. Anyone?). We arrived quite late and by the time we were done at the playground, it was getting quite hot, and since Irfan gets tan easily, we decided to go home instead of going to the Deer Farm.
We had dinner here and Irfan had bruschetta, mushroom soup with bread, steak and bread and butter pudding for dessert. Phew. Quite a lot, innit? What to do? My son’s tummy is a bottomless pit, just like his mommy’s. Hahahaha!
Anyway, he did more of his screaming sessions during dinner. Thank god there was another baby seated outside and she was quite noisy too. My dad even apologized to the waiter in case Irfan’s screams have caused any inconveniences to other diners, but the waiter said it’s okay. They (the diners) understand and there’s nothing to worry about.
Ok, here is what I don’t get. Why is he screaming every 5 seconds or so? He wants food; we give him food. But before he can swallow the food, he’s already screaming for the next one. I mean, if I don’t wait for a bit, the food’s too hot for him and he’ll have an even louder scream, no? So, yeah, what am I supposed to do now? Because frankly speaking, his screams are getting increasingly louder and I don’t want people staring at us like as though we don’t know how to manage our son. If I take him out of the baby chair, he’s fine. If I put him down so that he can crawl all over the place, he’s fine. But tell me, how can I put him down on a restaurant floor? God forbid, it’s dirty wey! Sigh…
Don’t tell me to distract him with toys, because I’ve tried that and it only works for 5 minutes. After that, he’ll just start throwing them away and starts screaming like he’s geram with something or something. Unlike Irwan, I don’t have that much patience. So when he starts his screaming sessions, I start to get pissed. No, I don’t spank him or anything like that, but it gets to me. I try to calm myself by saying he’s just a 10-month-old kid, and he doesn’t understand that what he’s doing is wrong. But after a while, it just starts to annoy the hell out of me! Aiyooooo…
Both Irwan and I tell him EVERYday that he cannot be screaming when things don’t go his way or that the food is not in his mouth within 5 nanoseconds. But whenever we are upset with him and try to be fierce looking (as though marah like that), he’ll start making his cheeky monkey faces and we would all end up laughing. So tell me, how to discipline this child of mine?
He’s also very very very active these days. He’s already crawled all the way up our staircase, started to climb up on my parents’ coffee table, “rides” the arm rest of the sofa like he’s riding a horse, goes from one end of the house to the other in a blink of an eye, attacks the plug points although we have repeatedly told him that it’s a NO-NO area, plays with the doors, slams the doors, whacks the doors and a whole lot more. Thank god our house is not that big, otherwise, I also don’t know what will happen. Double sigh.
Here’s Irfan’s milestones for now:

Dexterity
  • Irfan is able to sit and stand on his own at lightning speed. Sometimes, he’ll grab the corner of the table or chair and will practice his walking while holding on to them. Nowadays, he has started to climb up the table too. Aiyooo.. tak takut jatuh ke?

  • Irfan will climb up the stairs, but still is a bit scared to climb down. However, if it’s just 2 flight of stairs or something, he’ll dare to come down on his own.

  • Waves goodbye to us when we say “bye bye”.

  • Will kiss us with his mouth wide open when we ask us to “sayang” us.

Speech

  • It’s just mama and tata for now. Once it was appp-brrrr and the next one was some unintelligible thing he pronounced. If he’s just plain lazy, you can never get him to repeat after you, not even after the cows came home! Sheeeessshhhh….

What Irfan likes

  • He loves to scream. And I’m about to go wonky! Helpptttccchhhh!

  • He likes to bite my fingers, especially when I’m feeding him. What is up with that lah? He has bitten us so many times that I have scars to prove them! Once he bites, it’ll take yonks for him to let go off his bite!

  • The plug points! ‘nuff said!

  • The curtains, as he plays peek-a-boo with them. Tsk tsk tsk.

  • Astro/TV/DVD remote controls, handphones, keys and my bedroom slippers.

  • He’s bored with Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars already. So now it’s Humpty Dumpty’s turn. His eyes will just light up when any one of us sings that to him.

  • The swimming pool. He’d refuse to come out sometimes. If he doesn’t get to go in, he’ll just lie at the side and play with the water. Of course, one of us would be with him to make sure he doesn’t fall into the pool lah.

Diet

  • Loves chicken. Doesn’t find fish as interesting. Sigh

  • Eats rice instead of porridge these days. He’ll spit out any food that he doesn’t like. Pandai memilih dah sekarang. Adoilah…

  • He wants his bread with a tinge of butter for breakfast. No more plain bread. *slaps forehead*

  • Sometimes will have ice-cream or cake for dessert.

  • As of now, he has eaten rice, chicken, fish, beef, spinach, carrot, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, toasted bread, noodle soup, fried noodles, spaghetti, pizza, ice-cream, cakes, puffs, pau, bruschetta, jellies, pulut kuning (was told that it’s not good to give babies as they might stammer when they start to talk later on), nasi beriyani, scallops, and more (can’t recall all of them for now).

  • Drinks 4 – 5 oz of milk in the morning. Would have bread, cereal and rusks with my mom for breakfast. Rice and chicken/fish/beef for lunch. At about 2.30, he’d have 6 oz of milk so that he can nap. Another round of milk before I pick him up at 6.30 p.m. Dinner at about 7.30 p.m. or 8 p.m. and after that about 6 oz of milk to sleep. Sometimes would wake up at 3 a.m. for 5 – 6 oz of milk.

    Sleeping pattern

    • Wakes up at 6.30 a.m. on weekdays and would sleep back in the car during our travel from Putrajaya to Bangsar.

    • Naps at about 10.30 a.m. for about 1 – 2 hours.

    • Naps again at about 2.30 p.m. for about 2 – 3 hours.

    • Sleeps in the car while on the way back to Putrajaya.

    • Sometimes he doesn’t wake up after we have arrived home, so he would sleep ‘til the next morning. If he wakes up though, he’ll sleep back at about 9 p.m. or so.

    • He would nap longer during the weekends because either his papa/mama will sleep with him or if we’re out he’ll be in his “kangaroo” and likes it when we hug him (damn manja!).

      Screaming session in the car.

      Pool, here I come!

      Playing with the curtains.

      Enjoying the swing.

      Hi mommy!

Manja boy sleeping after getting himself tired at Lake Gardens.

      Spiky hair. Haha!

We just want to wish everyone who will be celebrating CNY, Happy Chinese New Year! Be merry, be happy, but most importantly, please be safe, on the road or elsewhere. =) We will not be celebrating CNY this year as Irwan’s grandpa just passed away on Christmas day, and I was told that family members aren’t allowed to be happy-happy jolly-jolly. Besides, my mom in-law’s in Perth anyway, so yeah, no official reason for us to go back to Kuantan.
I’m hoping to catch up on my sleep, but somehow, I have this feeling that that might not happen. And when Wednesday comes, I’ll be pissed for not sleeping in! Haha! Oh well, we’ll just have to see whether the lil’ king wakes up early or otherwise. Since he knows that we don’t work on Saturdays and Sundays, you think he’ll know that Monday and Tuesday are public holidays? Hrmmmm…
On another note, this morning he woke up before I could wake him up, and while I was getting ready, he was guling-ing on our bed. Next thing I knew, I heard small cries coming from him. No lah, he didn’t fall off the bed again. But, his head was dangling facing upwards, while his body was still on the bed. He couldn’t push himself up to sit, nor could he turn his body around either. So, I guess he sort of panicked and was calling me to help push him up. It was quite funny, I tell you. Before I helped him, I called out to Irwan who was having his shower and told him to see what’s happening. I wanted to take a picture, but I figured that Irfan has suffered in that position longer than he had anticipated, so I didn’t get the camera. What a bad mommy, ey? Hahahaha!
Anyway, he’s losing interest in his porridge already these days and would rather have rice, chicken, chocolate, ice-cream, mee hoon, eggs and all that instead. Basically he wants adults’ foodlah. No more baby food for him. Am I supposed to be worried that he doesn’t want his porridge? Is there any way I can make his porridge more interesting? Helptch!!

On the conveyor belt at KLIA waiting to be shipped off to Perth. *chuckles*

      I have registered with PPP.

      February 16th, 2007

Okay, so you guys must have noticed my first PPP post. Well, you can choose to read it or ignore it lah. I’ll still mostly blog about Irfan, but it’s just that I couldn’t resist the opportunity to make extra money (with me buying so many things for Irfan, I need the extra cash lah!). And after seeing how much Shannon and Julian have made, I just knew I had to register and make the extra dough. Nevermind that they only pay through Paypal, because I pay for all my scrapbooking kits through Paypal, so it doesn’t pose any problem for me. So, yeah, please ignore the PPP posts if you don’t feel like reading them, otay? Tenkiuverymush!

I don’t celebrate Valentine’s. I mean I used to get flowers during schooldays and all, but never really celebrated it with expensive dinner and all. To me, V day is a day where you fork out such exorbitant sums over flowers that are going to DIE in a few days. I feel sorry for all the husbands/boyfriends out there who feel pressurised into buying them. Also, I blame it on their wives/girlfriends for it. I mean, ask the guy to buy clothes or something that will LAST instead! Wouldn’t that be better?
Anyway, a friend just told me that dinner at Lafite costs RM1,200 tonight. Le Meridien is a little bit more reasonable at RM688. I truly believe the commercial exploitation argument now. RM1,200!!! What the hell are they serving! Gold? Crazie mazie schmazie!
Dinner tonight will be at my parents’ place. No Mandarin, no Westin, no Shang, nothing of those sort. I’d rather use that much cash to travel or eat lots and lots and lots of ketam or something! Sheeeessshhh.. and oh, apparently there’s this British photographer (who works in Hollywood mind you!) who bought his girlfriend a half a million pound house and then WRAPPED IT UP! And got people to paint hearts on it, and tie a pink ribbon around it. This cost him an extra 5,000 pounds.

      AND THEN…

He flew in his girlfriend via private helicopter so that she could take delivery of said present!

      Sigh….

I also want such luxurious life! But I’m thankful for what I have for now. Alhamdulillah.. =)

      My two favourite people.

      Got Tagged… yet again!

      February 14th, 2007

Okay, now I got tagged by The Blue Ranger and she wants to know the things that I like. So here goes:
      1. I like (love) the adrenaline rush of being in a souped up racing car going round and round the SIC racing circuit. I wanted to be a professional race car driver, but my dad won’t hear any of it! Hrrrmmppphhhhh!!!
      2. I like chillies!!!!! My mother in-law calls me the cili api queen. Haha! What to do? My mom’s side is from Negeri Sembilan and they’re known to have all the spicy food one can think of.
      3. Shopping is on the list too! Haha! What else is new, right? =P
      4. I like being surrounded by good friends (who are scattered all over the world now, nyeh to the three of you! =P), while enjoying good food and having a good time!
      5. I like weekends, because that’s the only time that I can spend time with Irfan and watch him grow.
      6. I like to travel. Been travelling since I was as young as 4 and although I’ve been to most of the countries in the world, I’ve yet to step foot in Sabah and Sarawak. Yeah, yeah, shame on me! So, my next trip would be off visiting Kota Kinabalu (when I’ve got some spare coinslah.. haha!)
      7. I like the beach and I love being in the water. I’ve been postponing taking my diving license and am thinking that maybe I should do it soon, with or without Irwan. Tunggu dia berzaman lah! =P

That’s all folks. Am not going to tag anyone. Have a good day! Cheers! =)

      App-brrrr…

      February 12th, 2007

Haha! App-brrr stands for apple. ;) Irwan was reading Irfan his ABC book last Saturday and when it came to apple, he went app-brrr.. and proceeded to continue with his tatatatatata (either tata or papa). And each time he says something cute, I scramble to look for my camera or handphone, BUT when he sees me holding either one of them, he’d keep his mouth shut and be still. Even after coaxing him, he would still refuse to entertain me. Haiyaaa…
Saturday was a busy day. We cleaned the house up, met up with a few friends, went for a kenduri (note for Sasha: where got a lot lah?) and picked up Irfan’s Poney clothes from Sasha. Sasha, sorry again for going over so late, yah? The damage for the clothes? RM 109 and I think we’ve got like A LOT of clothes for Irfan. My favourite is the “Superman” tee (which is worn by Irfan below). Although the size says 12-18 months, it’s quite snug for him. I guess I have to wear the rest (which are 18-24 months) soon!
Irwan had to work on Sunday and I had to see my orthodontist. So my brother in-law and sister in-law tagged along to Mont Kiara to help me manage Irfan and after that my sister in-law, Irfan and I went to One Utama to check out the Zara clearance sale. And yes, I bought MORE clothes for Irfan (B, if you’re reading this, cannot help it lah, they were priced at 19 bucks, 25 bucks… Zara tu! Hehehe…) and bought a top for myself. The damage? Errrr, nehmind lah. Nanti the hubby will nag! =P
Irfan slept for almost two hours while we were at OU, only to be rudely awaken by the dragon dance noise. Thank god he didn’t cry because he terkejut and the eyes went from 0-100 watts in 0.00009 nanosecond! Wait, is that even remotely possible? Hahahaha! We went around One Utama as sister in-law wanted to get something for the hubby and I got a cap from Gap for my hubby. The queue there was just ridiculously long! Note to Gap manager/FJ Benjamin: you should have more counters opened! And oh, I saw Wentworth Miller plastered all over Gap, wearing their clothes, and my sister in-law said that he’s g*y! Is this true? Can anyone verify this? And if it’s true, WWWHHHHHYYYYYYY??? Incase you don’t know who Wentworth Miller is, he plays Michael Scofield in this show.
Anyway, after all that shopping, Irfan did his business and off we went to the ladies. I don’t understand why One Utama can’t fix a proper pipe at the nappy changing area, but instead install a hose. I mean, one hand is to hold the baby, the other to hold the hose and then which hand is available to wash his butt? Smart, innit? Thank god sister in-law was there to lend a helping hand. Sheeeessshhh! Oh well, I guess I have to be glad that there’s even a PROPER nappy changing area. Teeheeeheeeee…
I need to make another trip to IKEA soon to get those gates to install at the stairs. Irfan’s already climbing 3/4 way up and I know if we don’t get ‘em grilles installed soon, we might be asking for trouble. Does anyone know how much it cost at IKEA? I scouted around at One Utama yesterday and the ones from Safety 1st ranges from RM 129.90 - RM 329.90. Fooowaahhh!!!

I think the tee says Stronger, Smarter and Cuter. (Check out his prosperous tummy! =P)

      Newly added photo:

Doesn’t look like body hugging to me. Hrmm, Sasha, it may have been the angle lah. I dunno?

      Jayden’s Layout

      February 8th, 2007

Jayden is Sasha’s boy and he’s only about 2 weeks older than Irfan (thereabouts). Anyway, when Sasha posted this photo at her blog, I couldn’t resist asking her for a copy as the look on his face is just soooo cute! At a first glance, you’d think that the boy is trying to poo or something, but actually he’s trying very hard to open the rambutan (cannot be seen here). Both her boy and mine can teach other their signature looks. Hahahaha! Boys will always be boys. Teeheehee… =)
So, anyway, Irfan’s been good these past few days. He doesn’t complaint about having to wake up at 6.30 every morning (and to shower also), BUT he does sleep in the car every morning and evening. I guess he’s tired with all the commuting and what have yous, ey? I really really am glad that he’s behaving well because it’s quite tiring for me with all the driving and cooking and cleaning and all, but since he’s well behaved, I’m not all THAT stressed out lah. Just sleepy.. haha! Irwan helps out with taking care of Irfan and doing some chores around the house, so that lifts off some burden off my shoulders. Thanks babe! =)
Last night Irfan didn’t finish his porridge but wanted to eat the rice and chicken we were having for dinner. Some more so sleepy and tired, but refused to sleep because he wants to play with Irwan. Finally, at about 9.30 p.m, I told Irwan to make some milk for Irfan to put him to sleep. And slept he did. Tapi, this morning, he got up before I had the chance to wake him up and was yawning until we left the house and he slept in his car seat. Tsk tsk tsk…

      Happy 10 months!!

      February 7th, 2007

Irfan turned 10 months last Saturday and he’s such an active lil’ kid! He climbs the stairs, rolls over on the floor, crawls from one end to the other end, pushes his strider around the house and lots more!
The other day, we were about to leave the house and he just crawled towards the stairs and climbed two flights up. He then looked towards us with that cheeky grin of his as if saying, “Can I go up some more?”. We then asked him to come down and told him we were going to leave him if he didn’t follow. So sloooowwwwly, he put one hand down, followed by one foot and then another hand, and while trying to balance himself, he put the last foot down. After about a minute or two, he was on the floor again trying to chase us so that we wouldn’t leave him. Haha!
Remember the other time I said he wasn’t comfortable with his room and his cot. Well, now he seems quite relaxed being in his room. No more anxiety or panic attacks when he doesn’t see any of us within his sight. I always shower (yes, shower, not bathe – no tub at our house) him in his room and get him ready on the IKEA cabinet (the same ones that IKEA has at the nappy changing room). After wearing him his clothes, I’d put him in his cot and switch on his mobile and he’d dance to the music. Hahaha! Funny sight I tell you. One of these days I’m going to have to record a video of him doing just that. =P
And oh, he finally said Papa this morning!! I didn’t hear it, Irwan did. So, good for him!!!! =)
On another note, I bought a slow cooker/crock pot yesterday to make it easier for me to cook Irfan his porridge. Thank god I asked for Shannon’s opinion (since she has one for Rachel) and found out that it only costs RM 59.90 (there was a smaller one at RM 39.90 – but too small) for a Pensonic one. If I hadn’t asked her, I’m sure I would have bought a Panasonic or some canggih brand with some super canggih price. Haha! So, thanks again, Shannon! And yes, the porridge turned out alright. I started boiling at 10.15 p.m. and came down at about 2+ a.m. to check on it, and voila, nicely done! =) I guess 4 hours on low boil does it just nice for Irfan since he doesn’t like the porridge too soft or mushy. And oh, he prefers chicken to fish. Sigh. Kids.
Anyway, Happy 10 months, sayang! 143….

      The lights are blinding me!

      Heeeeeyyyyy!

      We have officially moved! =)

      February 5th, 2007

Yay! So we’ve moved! Everything has been A-okay so far, so alhamdulillah, that’s good. =) No eerie sounds or things like that. We don’t have time to do a kenduri doa selamat and I wanted to read the Yasin before we actually move in, but haven’t had the chance to do that either. Sigh. Hopefully, all goes well.
On the first day that we moved in, we were from KLIA as we bode farewell to my in-laws who were returning to Perth. By the time we arrived, it was almost 5 p.m. and managed to get the whole of downstairs cleaned, with the exception of the utility room as there are still some unopened boxes and unassembled dining chairs in there. Irwan’s brother and cousin were there, so they helped to look after Irfan while Irwan and I were busy cleaning up and taking things out from the car. They left about an hour after and I went upstairs to bathe Irfan and he slept right after! Haha.
After breaking my back for a bit, we headed to Alamanda for dinner and also to buy some wet food stuff. When we got home at about 11+ p.m., I was still “bertenaga” and decided to keep our stuff that we brought from SS3. By the time we called it a night, it already past 1 a.m. Hehe. Gila semangat, right? =P
Yesterday was a full cleaning day. Irwan managed to fix another bookcase while Irfan was asleep (he didn’t sleep that long during the day) and when he was done, we managed to get rid of 2 more boxes as I took out all of our books and files. Hehe. It’s such a relief to see less boxes lying around in the house. Phew!
At about 4+ p.m, Irwan took Irfan out for a stroll in his stroller along the neighbourhood and got me some chicken pau from the Petronas nearby. The naughty lil’ fella refused to close his eyes although he was yawning away and rubbing his eyes too! After sweeping and mopping the guest room a.k.a the study room, I took my first bath of the day (I know, I know, stinkypoo!!!) and we headed out to get some lauk tambah for dinner. (We also wanted Irfan to sleeplah.. haha!) While we toured Putrajaya, Irfan drank his milk and slept. Yay, finally!
Today, I woke up at 5.30 a.m. and left home at about 7.20 a.m. Jam greeted me as soon as I got out of the Smart Tag booth on Sg. Besi highway. Sigh. The ITIS was saying that it’s jammed all the way to the Bulatan Pudu. Crazy??!! So, I lari and followed Old Klang Road and had the option of either taking the NPE (which would be jammed from Pantai Dalam onwards) or head towards Mid Valley (which was jammed from the Pearl Point Hotel all the way to the Federal Highway exit). I took the latter option and wanted to opt for Kerinchi Link to get to Bangsar. But the ITIS again said that Federal Highway is jammed right up till the Bangsar exit. So, I followed the Mid Valley road and could see that Federal Highway was clear! Contradictory betul! Ish! Anyway, road was clear until I had to go downhill after BSC and managed to reach my parents’ house at 8.45 a.m. Waaaahhh, and I’ll be doing this travelling for donkey years?!!!
B, I need spa sessions every forthnight, otay? =P
